Slow Flow Yoga

In Flow Yoga (also called Vinyasa), the asanas transition smoothly from one to the other, and are synchronized to the breath. The sequence of postures is usually done in the same order, but teachers often use their creativity to create a “flow” that speaks to them, and hopefully to the class. The sessions may be somewhat strenuous or more subdued in nature. In our class, the Flow will be slower, but you’ll get a pleasing workout. A very good introduction to your Yoga practice.
