It is designed to strengthen your muscle groups and increase your joint mobility while nurturing a health-promoting perspective. This class is appropriate for most physical conditions. You will be guided through each movement and offered options appropriate for your body’s range-of-motion with the goal of mobilizing your innate healing process. Equipment will be provided.
